Dress- UO/ Bag- Primark/ Shoes-Clarks (my mums)/ Necklace- UO/ Tights - asos
Last night I attended my friend Kirsty's 18th Birthday Party with my friend Harriet and it was so fun. I wore my velvet dress that I bought on sale from Urban Outfitters just before Christmas and I completely adore it. Despite being on sale it was still quite pricey but I honestly think it counts as an investment as it's a dress I know I'll be able to wear again and again and for a very long time.
My tights were also an exciting purchase, They were from asos and I'm not so keen on tattoo tights because I think sometimes it's just not something I want on my leg but I thought these were really cool and I'm incredibly proud to say they didn't ladder or rip so they were not a waste of money!
I think the shoes I borrowed from my mother and my bag really made my outfit fit in with the 70s trend which I'm happy with because what more could I want than flared sleeves and tan shoes!

Harriet and I went a tad overboard with the selfies before even leaving for the party so the above are 4 out of approximately 76.. It was fun to spend time with Harriet though since we're both at uni and I don't get to see her at all enough.
The theme of Kirsty's party was Glitz, Glam and Sparkle and I think you'll agree she looked absolutely incredible and it was a really fun evening.
I hope everyone has had a lovely easter weekend, I know I have definitely eaten way too much chocolate already!
