Top- Primark
Happy Sunday!! I have been so excited to share this outfit on my blog since buying this amazing dress a couple of weeks ago and even more excited after my wonderful housemate Ellen (follow her photography Instagram here) took these photos in the Arboretum; I am in love with them! The lighting was sooo lovely and taking them in all the leaves was so fun and Ellen has such an eye for taking a good photo.
As I think we are all aware I have a little bit of a denim problem and will not pass up the opportunity to get a new denim dress and my god I am in love with this one. I love the neckline and the wrap around style of it, I love the D-ring belt and the length of this, I feel so chic and like a woman in my 20s in this dress and I love it. I also feel ever so elegant walking down the stairs and even think I would if I fell down them, it's just that kind of dress. It's super 70s and it feels so classic and beautiful.
At the moment everything feels like a bit of a whirlwind. I'm confused about everything and excited by a lot and saddened by a lot and quite frankly very overwhelmed. It's definitely not the worst thing in the world but it's a little odd. I am however really looking forward to Christmas and everything it entails. I love Christmas.
I reckon I will get a whole lot of use out of this outfit over winter and Christmas, especially the amazing faux shearling bag from Monki. I had been eyeing it up for a very long time and expected it to be a whole lot smaller when it arrived but it is huge and so squishy and great, I don't think I've ever been so obsessed with a handbag. It could even double up as a pillow for uni napping if the contents were also all squidgy, possibly not one for taking out in the rain though...
